A native of northeast Pennsylvania, Mary Ellen has been a resident of Chicago’s Hyde Park and Jackson Park Highlands neighborhoods for over 25 years. She has an MBA and spent 18 years with the University of Chicago, managing the financial and administrative functions of several departments and divisions.
Mary Ellen has been in real estate sales since 2010 and is an expert in the Bronzeville, Hyde Park, and south side real estate markets. This note is about my very positive experience with real estate agent Mary Ellen Holt. We first met over two years ago when Mary Ellen sold my co-op in the South Shore neighborhood. My property sold relatively quickly. I had intended to purchase a condo afterwards, but needed a place to stay right away after the closing. So Mary helped me find an apartment, through her contacts, that met my needs until I could locate a permanent home.
